    ⚠️ Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  3. 💰 Shipping Charges
    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
    • We may offer:
      • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
      • Extra charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) (₹99)
  4. 📲 Order Tracking
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
      • Tracking ID via SMS / Email / WhatsApp
    • You can track your order using the provided tracking link
  5. 📍 Shipping Address
    • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct
    • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address
  6. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

    If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailable
    • Order rejection

    👉 The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

    ⚠️ In such cases:

    • Re-shipping charges will be applicable
    • COD orders may be restricted in future
  7. 💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
    • COD orders may include an additional fee
    • We reserve the right to:
      • Confirm COD orders via call/WhatsApp
      • Cancel suspicious or fake COD orders

    👉 Repeated fake orders may lead to COD restriction

  8. 🔁 Delays & Liability
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
      • Courier companies
      • Natural disasters
      • Government restrictions

    However, we will always try to assist you.

  9. 📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

    If your order is:

    • Damaged during transit
    • Lost in shipping

    👉 Contact us within 48 hours with:

    • Order ID
    • Photos (if damaged)

    We will resolve it as per our policy.
